Outside in a small rural street close by the campus of the university, a young man adjusted his glasses before looking down at the large box that sat outside a car. Before him he saw a small challenge, but he was resolved to completing it.

“Come on, Anton, you can do it,” he  repeated himself as he knelt down, huffing and puffing before slowly pulling the box up with himself, wobbling from one side to the other as he made his way up to the front porch.

“Anton?” The voice came from a cute girl standing by a porch. “Are you coming? That must be the last box,” she said with heavy excitement in her voice. “Hurry up ,” she smiled before walking away, her warm hazelnut hair waving behind her as she walked in.

“In coming, Cassy,” Anton panted as he carried the box over to the small two story house that stood at the end of the cement pathway. The place was now Cassy’s and she had a good reason to be joyful as the place was practically rent free, since the place belonged to her uncle. It felt like, perhaps, the perfect place to live in during college years and it was just hers.

She was really eager to move in, and Anton couldn’t blame her.  The first time minute of that day, she called him, asking if he could help her moving. That lead to hours of packing her items, loading and unloading, as well as many hours of travel. By this point, it was almost five in the afternoon, and his day had been consumed, not to mention he was starving. But to Anton, it was worth it. “I wouldn’t have imagined she would have this many things,” he muttered “I thought it was just clothes, and it would NOT include large pieces of furniture.” The whole trek had taken him multiple drives to and from Cassy’s parent’s house to this place. And to make matters worse at some point his tire was punctured and he had to figure out how to change it.

“But after all hardships, I have arrived to the place,” Anton smiled to himself as he carried the box over to the house. The building before him was rather cozy, yet he imagined it would get rather lonely by oneself.

As he crossed through the threshold, an idea suddenly popped in his mind. “What if she called me over to invite me to be her housemate? It would be kinda great,” He thought with dreamful retrospective. He imagined himself living over with Cassy. The two spending afternoons together, in the company of one another, going out to the movies together, sharing bed in a stormy night, walking around the living room on naked Sundays…

“I am a pervert,” Anton whispered to himself with a chuckle, making his way past stairs to the second floor “Where do I put these?”  he asked out loud, trying not to groan as his arms were starting to feel numb.

“To my room, please,” Cassy replied from the study. “Upstairs, last door to the right.”

Anton grimaced as he looked over at the steps before him but instead steadied himself and pushed through with the box in sore arms, taking it one step at the time.

Both Anton and Cassy had been friends since she moved to the city, on the second to last year of high school. It was by chance that the two met in the cafeteria and began to get along. It all goes back to a minor incident they had together and she was a very nice girl. The two shared some interests and she was eager to learn, making them quick friends… and nothing else, much to Anton’s regret. “But maybe this time will change everything,” he thought optimistically as he treaded up the stairs as Cassy exited the study.

Cassy smiled as she glanced from around the living room’s frame out into the lobby just in time to see Anton wobble step by step up to the second floor. “He is so handy,” she smiled for a moment as she made her way back to the study where the pieces of her computer were set down on a desk in disarray “All I have to do is call for him to put them back together,” she said with a smile, feeling giddy as to jump around with glee at her new place.

“I have to give my thanks to my uncle again for this,” she smiled. The place belonged to her father’s brother a man that worked at her dad’s company’s applied sciences, and perhaps the smartest person Cassy could ever ask for.

As of late, he and his wife had decided to take a trip over to the Switzerland to do some yearlong study, and that meant this place was hers in the meantime. No extra costs or rent. “This will show my parents I am more than self-sufficient,” she smiled treading over to the other side of the room where another desk rested on the other end of the room where a very impressive and large computer stood at the side of the room.

Cassy smiled softly as she saw the computer. It looked like a state of the art machine, even more advanced than hers. She could only imagine how complicated handling it would be. “It is an odd design for an office,” she thought, looking at the rest of the room “I think my aunt took her computer with her… and this must be his.” She slid into the comfortable cushioned chair.

“Mmm,” she smiled, “This is great,” she said leaning back as she looked over at the large dual screens of the computer before her. “I wonder why they didn’t take it.” She asked herself as she looked at the mammoth that was the hardware. She wanted to see what was around it and discovered a thick steel tube that was plugged down to what she imagined were the power lines. At a corner, underneath the desk was a rather messy box with several different types and kinds of cables.

“Perhaps it was too big to move around,” she said, playfully reaching to click on the mouse.

The fans inside the computer started up with a soft humming before falling silent “Hm, uncle Nick must have left it in sleep mode,” she muttered. “I wonder if it’s alright for me to use it,” she said as the black screen cleared itself to reveal what seemed to be a sort of custom made program. “My uncle and his softwares,” he muttered.

The window on the screen showed a set of blank variables with sliders between them, a large text space and next with what seemed to be a small high definition over the head 2-D view of the neighborhood. “Is this some sort of satellite map?” Cassy wondered out loud as she reached about to fidget with the mouse for a moment when she heard the sound of Anton’s descent down the steps of the stairs.

Without touching the machine she got up and walked out of the studio “The place in here is so perfect,” she said as she walked out to meet him.

“It is, isn’t it?” Anton asked, his face was sweating from all the picking and moving.

“Yup, I will live here, on my own,” she said with a face of happiness as she made a twirl.

Anton looked at her with reassuringly amused smile. “You have a lot of plushies up in your room,” he noted half amusedly. Effectively there was a box filled with stuffed animals, along with another luggage bag that held her many dresses and some of her favorite boy band posters she wanted to be put up. Aside from that there were many bags containing their clothes just soon to fill the large closet.

“Hehe, yeah, I know, I just couldn’t part from them,” Cassy smiled.

“Sure might help make this huge place less lonely,” Anton noted.

“Yeah sure,” she said almost dismissively, producing her cellphone and using it to text “Can u help me set up my TV?” she gestured at the large flat screen in the living room.

“Yeah,” Anton nodded as he made his way over to the place stretching his arms for a moment before making his way over to the kitchen. He was actually quite hungry himself, but wasn’t  gonna complain then, at least not openly. “She will invite me something,” he imagined rather hopefully.

The TV was a large flat screen, a gift of her dad, looking rather heavy. Anton took a moment to stare at the thing before getting to work on it. It was just a mere matter of connecting the proper cables and then just picking up the television onto the entertainment set where it was meant to be.

“I think we have some cables missing,” Anton said after a rather quick inspection “I need a small adapter for the audio system.”  He glanced around at Cassy who was already eagerly trying to look into a clothing magazine she bought during the travels, trying to figure out the ideal set up for her livingroom with a glad expression on her face. She looked over the page, “Hm…” she uttered giving it some thought before answering. “Back in the study, I saw a box of cables and pieces. Think one of those could do the television?”

Anton pondered. “Sure, I’ll give them a look,” he responded hesitantly. While he imagined he knew of this kind of matter, wouldn’t really venture to assure that he was certainly a master of wiring. What if the adapter he picked turned to be the wrong one? What if it broke the light socket? He was growing annoyed of having to second guess anything around there.

A minute later, Anton entered the study room in the search for the adapter, finding them underneath the desk and inevitably getting marveled by the large high tech computer in the room. “That looks great. Top notch screens, seemingly bulk of modern hardware…” he thought in admiration staring at the set, almost tempted to test it out just to see the graphic quality of the impressive looking machine.

He found the box underneath the desk and immediately found out a fitting adapter and as he inspected it from the comfortable chair, his eyes traced over to the screen in the computer. “Realityflicker.exe?” he read the headline of the computer with curiosity. “Never heard of this…” he noted as he tentatively reached over to click around only to have a pop up appear. “No target detected,” it read.

“Odd,” Anton said, lured into tinkering by the program, he tried to work around the device and managed to open an option that allowed him to “start new setting.”

Curiosity got the best of him “I can then erase it if I mess this up,” he thought. Once it was created, the screen refreshed itself and soon, he was able to meddle with the settings and parameters. The realistic blueprint like view of the house showed how a scan was being run around the property, scanning with incredible realism. “Wow. This is like some sort of security system?” he ventured a guess just as Cassy’s name popped up on the subject’s tab.

“Wow,” he said baffled by the options, that he barely missed the small tool tip window that had appeared on the other screen “Welcome to the realityflicker program, that make’s big changes seem natural. For the casanova’s, I can’t make women fall in love, but I can I can mold as you wish.”

“Mold as I wish?” Anton repeated “That is a strange tagline for a progrma…” he muttered as he noticed the parameters and began to tweak and play with them.  “Wow…” he muttered surprised. “This is a sort of simulator?” he said as he looked over at the variables and clicking them. The options there were aplenty, ranging from height and age to ethnicity and hair color. “So I can change any of these and see what would look like?” he said at a rather amused idea as he checked them further.

There were even options to see what would happen to Cassy’s model had she been a man or an animal, and perhaps that is where the list widened. There was a whole apart box that stood above the other forms of bodily alterations and it contained a wide list of animal species and subspecies, in the case of some.

“Hm… interesting,” Anton chuckled as the mouse waved tentatively over the options. “I wonder, what she would’ve looked like blonde,” he thought as he toggled with options. Changing the setting from “black lacy” to “wavy blonde,” hair and clicking “Done”, before sitting back to wait, figuring that he could easily undo it.

Minutes later, nothing happened yet, and Anton was already growing impatient, fidgeting with the adapter at his fingers. “I thought this would produce an image of Cassy blonde,” he mumbled “Or at least an error.”

“Anton?” Cassy’s voice came from the other room “Did you find it?”

“Y-yeah I did. I’m going,” he said grabbing the small wiring tip and leaving the computer.

“I think this will do-“ Anton trailed off as he walked over to the living room just to see the girl he had a crush with was  still seated on the couch, eying her magazine. But the major difference was that her hair, once tamed and very streamlined was now softly curved like a wave and it was a golden color. She had gone from black to wavy blonde in just a moment.

Anton ended up staring at her in a moment of surprise and confusion. “Is that it?” she asked, putting the booklet down with a small smile of relief.

“Um… yes,” Anton replied automatically, as he kept on staring at her hair for but a moment before she turned to look at him “Did you do something to your hair?” he asked approaching to her, just to make sure if it was a wig or something. “It can’t be a coincidence,” he thought as he saw her brush the hair from her face, as if natural.

“Nope, not really,” Cassy said grabbing a clump of her blonde hair and holding it before her eyes with a studying look. “It looks the same to me… maybe I should go to the salon later.”

Anton stared at her still in disbelief for a moment, before catching himself “Yeah, I will see if this one works with the plug,” he muttered, making his way over to the TV, reflecting on what he just saw. “I used the program to see what she would look like blonde… and the next moment I see her, her hair changed… It looks too real to be a wig. I-It can’t be,”  he thought in a rush as he knelt behind the TV set and began to fidget with the cables, but was unable to take his mind off the machine and the program.

The more he fidgeted with the adapter, trying to slide it into the light socket, the more tempted he was on trying that software. “Um, you know what? I am not sure this is the right one,” he informed, half lying as he pulled the adapter from the cable. “I will look over another one.”

“Oh, alright,” Cassy sighed as she reached in for her cellphone, producing a pair of earplugs for listening to music as he left the room and entered the study.

“She probably would kill me for this…” He thought to himself as he walked again into the room. “But I can just as easily undo the changes, I think. And she doesn’t seem to notice anything wrong here…” he said close to laughing out loud.

“Maybe I can download this into a flashdrive and install it to my place later,” he thought as he took a seat in the computer’s chair and surveyed his options, wondering what other alterations he would make on Cassy or himself. The idea was tempting. Could he make himself taller? Stronger? But it seemed that, due to some sort of oversight, the machine was failing to pick him as subject. “It doesn’t matter I suppose. I can still experiment.”

He looked over at the options and at the possibilities. If he wanted to, he could try to make Cassy younger, older, make her a lesbian or a man… “None of which could help me get closer to her…” he mumbled.

The idea of altering her race was rather tempting, but he preferred her Caucasian as she was, although maybe he could try making her a Latina at some point just to see what she looked like. He was closed to doing so when his eyes found the animal option that was lifted above all the lines. “This could work…” he muttered interested. “I always had a thing for Krystal, from Star Fox,” he smirked as he quickly toggled the box.

“Hm… let me see…” he muttered, but first, he made sure to change Cassy’s hair from blonde back to its original dark. “There we go,” he said, half trusting that the change was already done. After it, he immediately rushed over to the specie box and tweaked it with “Fox” instead of “Human,”

The options changed to suit the decision, adding variables. “Wow.” Anton said with a smile on his face as he quickly made a change to fur color, picking up a blue tone and clicking “Done”.

Once that was done he immediately got up and made his way over to the living room just to look at her.

He arrived just in the moment to see with his own eyes how Cassy’s hair finish straightening and grow darker until returning to her original raven black, and just as that was done Anton began to pick up other changes going on.

“What the…” Anton silently mouthed as he stared as Cassy’s nails holding the magazine, already black and curved out like little claws. Her skin was also acquiring a blue tone as colored fur was growing  out of her skin.

He imagined the same was happening underneath her clothes and was already eager to see the rest of it. “I wonder if there is a nude feature in the program” he thought adjusting his glasses as he glanced up her pretty face as the fur began to grow there.

Cassy began to adjust her earplugs  as her ears started to swell and grow, twitching softly as they migrated upward her still black hair, shifting and becoming triangular in shape while the plugs remained, seemingly shifting to fit her perfectly. She wrinkled her increasingly darker nose and rubbed it as it changed, while still not noticing anything different about that.

“Anton?” Cassy asked, noticing him at the corner of her eyes, turning over to look at him. Her ears twitching softly as she smiled, giving Anton a perfect view as her fangs. “Did you find it? I want to watch some TV, there’s a marathon at the h&h channel.”

“Yes, I did,” Anton said with a giddy, almost childish smile as he saw Cassy’s change and her not noticing it at all. It was a victimless prank that he wanted to see. “Just let me put this on and I will get going,” he said mustering control to not make a scene as he saw her nose and mouth starting to push out into a muzzle, yet she didn’t seem aware.

He made his way around behind the TV to plug in, and also get a better look of Cassy’s changes, s she gently rubbed her belly. Her clothes remained the same. If anything, they seemed to shift subtly to adjust her body. Anton noticed the long sleeves of her jacket slowly reeling in and shrinking, revealing more of her fur while her shoes started to open up, the fabric shifting and becoming straps, almost as if made out of putty, revealing her blue furred feet.

Her toes had grown as the feet reshaped to look more like a fox’s hind paw, widening at the base while raising the heels so that she would stand at the balls of her feet as if natural. The sole of her footwear merged and shifted into what seemed to be custom made for her feet , becoming elegant looking sandals.

“She doesn’t seem surprised at all,” Anton whispered as he saw Cassy wiggle a bit uncomfortable on her seat and reached behind her to produce a large furry blue tail, with a white tip  to match, wiggling as if stretching. “Done,” Anton said at last.

“Is it all ready?” Cassy asked, her tail wagging behind her as she got up.

“Yup, it’s done already,” he said grabbing the remote and handing it over to her. “Want to test it before I pick that up?” he asked, producing the remote.

“Sure,” Cassy said, accepting the remote. Their hands touched for a moment and Anton found himself feeling the real fur on the side of her body.

Cassy turned on the tv and began to surf channels as Anton took notice of her body. From how real the blue fur on her skin felt to how her body moved and reacted. And yet, she was acting as if nothing was difference. Looking around the backside of her body, he saw her tail was sticking out from a tailhole at the back of her pants, through what looked like a second fly.

“So… What’s with that computer in the study?” Anton asked casually as he stepped by.

“I don’t know,” Cassy said. “It’s my uncles. He is into very advanced sciences and stuff. I think he forgot it and left it behind.”

“I see…” Anton replied looking over at the fox girl and was almost tempted to stroke her fur as her tail whipped against his thigh. So far, he was finding her rather attractive in that current form. “So, did you do something to your fur today?” he asked cautiously.

Cassy looked over at him with a complacent smile “Oh, not really, today no,” she said casually before turning to him “Can you lift it up? I wanna finish this whole moving matter. I am starving,” she said gently.

“Actually in a minute, I have want to check something in the tool box in the study,” Anton replied.

“Sure,” Cassy replied, entertaining herself watching TV as Anton made his way out of the living room.

“That was very odd,” Cassy muttered as she stopped changing channels and rested herself over the arm of the couch. Her ears perked as she glanced over to the hallway just to make sure Anton wasn’t around while still paying attention to the program. “Unlike him to be bringing up my hair and my fur as if he had never seen them before,” she muttered grabbing her tail and beginning to combing the blue hairs with her fingers.  “If anything, I think I need to visit my groomer.”

Her stomach grumbled for attention. “Come on, Anton,” she grumbled. “I don’t want to be mean, but when will you leave so I can order some pizza,” she said inwardly. “I am starving…” she thought  “A meat lovers would be nice,” she smiled, letting her tongue loll out of her lips as her hands began to brush the hairs on her tail that now seemed to be far shorter than earlier, yet she failed to notice it.

She stretched for a moment before getting up “Maybe I can just go up and set up some of my posters, or something,” she shook her head as she made her way up the stairs as her blue fur began to darken and shorten, making her feel a small tickle up her arm, turning more velvet like.

“I can’t wait for spending my first night,” he laughed as she entered back her room. The bed that had been neatly prepared beforehand was there comfortably molded around into a small nest for her to lie on. She looked over at her favorite posters sporting her favorite human boy bands. She looked over as the image of what were originally pop song groups were quickly changing form and individual, becoming punk and metal bands, and yet it only made her crack a small smile.

She smiled and stepped over to the mirror just to seen her black furred, almost velvety covered her body. “I look great,” she said adjusting the black leather jacket as she stood before the mirror. Her once vulpine muzzle shortened into that of a dog, a Rottweiler by the looks of it and her hair shortened down while gaining some purple bangs.

She smiled and began grabbed began to work on the posters as the changes went on. Subtle ones that signaled her change from fox to dog went on. Her tail shrank down, becoming thin and whippier while her ears flopped over.

“I look great,” she smirked looking at herself in the mirror as the necklace she was wearing earlier that day slowly shifted and grew broader, becoming leather as one of every few links pushed out into a silvery spike. Her finger reached over to touch the tip once it finished its transition, remembering how her father gave her this same collar in her birthday. The one she had asked about a week before it. “He said it fitted me nicely,” she said looking at her cool rock rottweiler girl form and smiling “And he was right,” she added.

“Cassy?” she heard Anton ask downstairs.

“Ugh, he better get out of here soon, I am but starving,” she said as a small growl left her lips. “I am coming!” she called back, walking out of her room, making her way towards the stairs.

Just before her was a window to the outside and she could begin to see the darkened cloud of autumn in the sky.  The sight of that gave Cassy a bad feeling just as she felt the shudder course down her spine to the tip of her tail. She could sense it and already knew what that could mean.

“No no no! This was supposed to be my first night alone. The first night to myself… I can’t have a thunderstorm,” she grumbled as she made her way downstairs. The feeling told her a storm was coming, and it wouldn’t be long before it would begin. She had to get Anton to finish the job and then get out while the pizza arrived. But if she waited, then maybe there wouldn’t be a delivery…”

“Seems like there’s gonna be a downpour,” Anton uttered before looking at her for a moment, staring at her in disbelieve.

“Yeah there is,” Cassy muttered “Could you get the TV set ready? I am a bit hungry and was planning to order a pizza,” She said hoping he get a hint.

“Pizza?” Anton said rather pleased surprised. He evidently didn’t get the hint “Sure thing, j-just give me a second, I left my phone at the study. I will get it and will get to put the TV in place.

“I do hope he understands I haven’t invited him to stay,” She muttered, ears perking as she caught a sound coming from  the study “Wow, I can’t believe that worked. But maybe it was too much,” Cassy heard Anton talk to himself in surprise.

“Weirdo,” Cassy muttered without much hesitation or doubt, something another version of her would utter before making her way over to grab the phone. As she walked, her clothes began to shift as well, slowly changing, regaining the same colors as before as opposed to the black leather they had been. Her demeanor becoming the upbeat and cheerful attitude she had grown used to while, in parallel, her hair began to grow as the purple dye began to fade away, as it returned her usual color.

Finally, the black spiked collar around her neck began to shift itself back, chain links starting to form as the leather strap dissolved and it began to hang loosely now her, now gone back to being the necklace she remembered.

Even if her attitude had shifted, she was still reluctant to having Anton stay there and was less than pleased when he arrived back from the study where he had been. “So, think you could pick up the equipment now?” She asked kindly, almost begging. The rain would begin soon, and she preferred to spend most of the time here alone.

“Alright, I will get to it. Soon, the TV will be on,” Anton said, reaching over to rub her back, rubbing her fur through the fabric as her tail began to wag. To tell the truth, she wasn’t wiggling it because of the strokes, but because of the news that the TV would be ready soon, but it did feel nice after all. “Just a little patience.”

“Just… get done with it,” she said with almost a whisper as Anton made his way over to the tv. Wanting to know what time it was, she produced the cellphone from her pocket and checked it only to be greeted by a black screen. “Great, my phone discharged…” she said looking at Anton who was still connecting cables. A part of Cassy couldn’t help but think he was slacking. “I hope not,” she muttered inwardly “I am gonna look for my cellphone charger.”

“Alright,” Anton replied as Cassy left the room, heading towards the stairs.

“Hm, where did I put the charger?” she through as she walked. “When was the last time I used it?” she tried to recall. “I usually keep it to myself, but that’s the case of my cellphone. Because it has a long battery life I often leave it with…” She stopped herself before taking one step. “With my computer,” she turned around and headed over to the study. “That’s right.”

She arrived over to the study not long ago and began to look around the bags filled with spare tech pieces and accessories, the hardware of her computer and her tablet devices, her music and entertainment system and the various headsets add-ons.

“Yup, it is here,” Cassy smiled producing the long cable with a tape strapped there labeling it. “Now I have to leave it charging,” she said plugging her phone to it and then looked around for the nearest outlet. This time she found it on the wall behind her uncle’s desk.

“This should do,” she said plugging it there, her tail wagging “Now I have to bid farewell to Anton and call for the pizza…” her words trailed off as she turned around to notice that the both screens on the computer were showing the desktop, as opposed of the program that was open, last time she checked.

“Was he playing with my stuff?” Cassy muttered before correcting “With my uncle’s stuff?” she said hesitantly. “Maybe he just closed it,” she suggested, trusting him.

“Maybe I should try to open it just to leave it as it was before he arrives,” She muttered “Then I will talk with Anton to not go around touching my family’s stuff,” she muttered, double clicking the lone  “RF” icon on the screen.

“Was it on with a window or something?” she thought, trying to remember last time she checked the computer. “I think it was a running a new program… right?” She said as she created a “new setting”. She was suddenly greeted by a small pop up window bearing the instructions, followed by another with a small tag: “RealityFlicker, program to get things done.”

“To get things done?” she thought amusedly as she clicked on the scan option and only one name appeared on the screen.

“Anton?” she said with curiosity at the “subject”  “Maybe if he was stronger…” Her tail was wagging in anticipation.

Anton, in the meantime, was procrastinating lifting up the TV onto the entertainment set and instead reveling on how he had managed to change things using the program. He looked over at place and wondered what things had changed. He was almost tempted to go upstairs, wondering if Cassy would now have some chew toys of some sort or if she would could still eat chocolate “Even as a dog woman she looks quite hot,” he said shaking his head “I better figure out an excuse to get to the study one more time to make things normal before I head out… After the pizza, I think.”

“Oh, I am glad I saved the file and closed the “Realityflicker” program. I can just load it back when I get the chance,” Anton thought amusedly as he began to fidget with his new phone. “I wonder if I take photos of her, would they store themselves for later,” he said as a tingle started to course through his body. As he whipped out the phone and checked it. Only to see, much to his surprise, that the photographs and images of her had changed as well, now portraying Cassy as a dog girl in all of them as if she had been one all along.

His hand reached to comb his auburn hair as it grew rather mangier and adjusting his glasses over the bridge of his nose, his finger brush the now longer sideburns as his dark brown hairs growing down the back of his neck and around it. Then he resumed his work on the TV set, noticing something on his palm as velvet fur grew there.

“What’s this? And dust smudge?” he muttered “When was the last time she cleaned this? It’ll get on my fur,” he muttered as he reached to rub it with his callous fingertip, trying to get the dirt and dust off his growing yellow fur. He could see how his fingernails started to grow larger and curve themselves out when he flexed it.

He continued fidgeting with the phone, seeing the scrapes and scratches appear on it as result of misuses, as a thicker touch filter appeared on it, unaware of the changes that were starting to occur on his body. Tawny golden fur started to grow on his body as he began to swell with the muscle one would receive after a long work out session.  His former deposits in fat around his belly and his chest slowly burned themselves out of existence as chiseled pecs and abs were visible.

His arms swelled with muscles as did his legs and Anton began to feel a small surge of energy starting to course through his body as his body became of peak condition and his clothes were reflecting to match. His pants shortened the fabric becoming more akin to sportswear. His shoes began to shrivel and disintegrate, slowly becoming accustomed to his changing structure, and padded for running. His shirt and jacket underwent the changes, becoming a mere sports shirt and a fitting best “Suddenly I feel full of energy,” he smiled as he began to remember having gone out for a jog earlier that day, instead of staying at home watching TV. How about if I pick this up once and for all?” he asked as a long tail grew behind him through the hole at the back of his shorts.

“I want to finish this if Cassy is planning to order some pizza,” he muttered as he stood up, reaching idly scratch his neck where the hairs had grown denser completing the image of a mane while his nose pushed out into the finishing touch of his transformation, the broad short nose of a lion. As his ears migrated up, his glasses began to adapt to allow themselves to fit. The legs disappeared while the frame grew thicker, pressing lightly and stable on the bridge of his nose to keep them on. It was a mild bother, he thought. “I have mild myopia and that just puts my eyes at the same level as those of a human,” he muttered before adding “… Not sure why I even wear these today.” He shook his head, gently reaching and picking them, carefully setting on them on the nearby table

Stretching his body, he prepared himself to lift up the television, loving how strong he felt. “Better hurry,” he muttered, kneeling down to pick up entertainment set and easily picking it up and setting it on the table. It took him no more than a minute to get it all ready. “This is so easy,I can’t believe I slacked all this time.”

“Now, I wonder how my doggy girl is?” Anton smiled, his ears twitching as he thought back on Cassy.  He chuckled as he thought of the former human girl. She was cute back then,  a girl he was close to asking out but never really gathered the courage on the words, not sure he was ready to confess or for that level of intimacy. After all, humans and lions were different.

But he thought back of the program he discovered in the computer and how he made Cassy a blue fox girl and a Rottweiler girl. And he was finding it quite amusing so far.

“The realityflicker, for those who need to try a new attitude,” he mused to himself, remembering the little pop up window that appeared once he got the program running again. Effectively, Cassy became more aggressive and, for the lack of a better word, punk-ish. Her clothes changed as well to reflect her new attitude. That all came from a small tab that seemed to require a great deal of tinkering.

But the change wasn’t of Anton’s liking. If anything it made him rather concerned to have such control over a person. He didn’t want to replace Cassy’s personality; he liked her just as she was and preferred to have. He couldn’t make specific tweaks, just fiddle with, as the program warned “experimental” presets “And I probably won’t tamper with it again,” he muttered.

His ears twitched as he heard the sound of Cassy’s pawpads thudding and fingernails clicking against the wooden planks on the floor as the dog girl appeared from around the corner.

“Wow,” Cassy blurted out, staggering for a moment as she entered the room and set her eyes on him with an expression of surprise followed with a smiling giggle. “Um, I mean, wow you got that thing up just as fast. What took you so long before that?” She asked.

“I was um… making you a dog woman and enjoying the view,” he thought that last part with amusement,  “Just taking my time to make sure the cables are in place,” he added.

“Yeah… ah ha,” she agreed to the rather lame explanation. But of course, if she bought it would spare him a lot of questions “Did you have any trouble? You are kinda big… so very big and strong,” she added staring at him almost dreamingly. “So… um, I ordered the pizza, do you want to stay for it?” she said.

“Oh, of course I would like to stay,” Anton smiled, inwardly relieved, almost having thought she was trying to chase him off to not have to share it. “What pizza did you order?” he asked.

“I ordered a beefca-, I mean, beef.  Two meat lovers, of course,” she blurted out with a rather squeak in her voice. “Why don’t you sit down?” she invited, jumping on the couch with an almost inviting smile.

“Odd, she had never reacted that way to me before,” Anton thought half amusedly, thinking back. She had always seen him as a friend, tech support and someone to depend on. Earlier that day when she asked him to move stuff around, she seemed as usual, quite confident around him but now, he didn’t know.

He wasn’t going to deny whatever luck has presented to him and took a seat next to Cassy. The dog girl just smiled and snuggled closer to him, resting her head over the soft fur of his shoulder, while her tail thumped against the cushion.

“Heh,” she giggled nervously “Sorry for that,” she said reaching behind to grab her tail still.

“She is acting like most of the girls I run into… Has she finally began to fall for me?” he wondered with a smirk as he lifted his arm to flex just to see them bulge. “I was starting to get worried she was impervious to my charms. I think it was a matter of time,” he thought, giving his bicep a kiss. “And I am certain that I returned her personality and preferences to default.” He reassured himself.

“Oh my god! Oh my god! I can’t believe that actually worked,” Cassy thought with a surprise, smiling inwardly while looking up at the large lion anthro as he put an arm around him, “My uncle is crazy, very crazy if he can invent something that does that.”

She stared up at Anton, the once borderline nerdy friend she had, finding herself still surprised that, through a couple of clicks and taps of the keyboard, she had made him into a hunk of a lion man . She had to rub her arm against his just to make sure it was real and not a fake fur, taking a deep whiff. It smelled of a big cat clung with the pungent scent of sweat but still something about it felt very attractive.

“I don’t think, Anton exercised today before, but now it feels like he has, but still I have to say, this new Anton is interesting,” she snickered inwardly, rubbing her nose as the two began to watch tv.

Some time passed about as the two waited for the pizza “So, what will you do later? After the rain passes?” she asked looking at him.

“Well…” Anton took a moment to look out the window of the living room to see the droplets of rain striking against the window.  Now, she didn’t mind him staying throughout the storm. “With things as they are now, I think it would be best if I stay here, if that is okay with you, if that is okay with you. You know how fur water and sweat don’t mix well,” he said.

“Oh you can stay, I know what a bother it can be to get soaked,” Cassy agreed right away with a large smile. She had wanted him to spend the night with him. “Let’s see how big boy Anton does.” She thought while saying “You are free to spend the night here if you want.”

“Are you sure? I wouldn’t want to be a bother,” Anton smiled.

“Nonsense,” Cassy smiled, thinking to herself that she could also toy around with him without noticing. “Feel free to stay as much as you want.”

“Very well,” Anton agreed, pulling her closer and paying attention to the show.

“And it will allow me to keep on experimenting with that program,” Anton thought inwardly. “But I am really happy with things as they are. Now that she has suddenly fallen in love with me. I can be the lion of the house,” he snickered as Cassy grabbed the remote to go back to her H&H show.

Anton watched over Cassy’s  H&H TV program for but a minute before he reached over to grab it. “How about you let me pick up the channel? I think there is a good marathon in the sci fi channel.”

Cassy seemed to look up at him with a mildly startled expression, but as Anton looked down at her, her mild shock lessened as the two began to watch TV in the meantime. His arm went around her shoulder and pulled her closer to his body.

“I feel like a stud, and I don’t know exactly why,” he thought with a scent.

The two of them spent some time watching the TV show as the rain outside went on. Both of them had the feeling of it would soon present thunders and lightning to shake things up. But, luckily, both of them were too distracted to mind.

Before they knew it, the two were surprised by the sound of the doorbell ringing through the falling rain. “That must be the pizza,” Anton noted, “Thank goodness, I am starving,” he said as Cassy slipped off him.

“Yeah, it must be,” she sniffled, rubbing her nose. “I-I will attend it.” She said reaching into her pocket, producing her wallet. “Do you have fifteen bucks?”

Anton was lost in thought and fantasy as Cassy talked, already thinking of hijacking the program for a moment while she was busy making the payment, making a couple of quick changes. “Huh?” he blinked distracted as he noticed Cassy staring at him for an answer “Sorry, but I don’t have my wallet with me,” Anton said turning around his pockets.

Cassy just looked down at him with a small scoff “Alright then, I will be paying the pizza?” she said before heading upstairs “I’ll just get my wallet. Be right back,” she said treading upstairs “Just a minute!” she barked out loud at the man behind the door.

“Now’s my time,” Anton mused as he got up on his feet, treading over to the study, finding it just as he left it, with program closed and desktop open. “Let me see…” he said immediately booting up the program and loading Cassy’s file. Again, the pop ups appeared along with the message “With reality flicker, dream girls can be made cuter.”

The words gave him ideas already.

“Geez,” Cassy grumbled as she made her way upstairs “I didn’t expect him to be that much of a dick. Is that because he is a lion now?”

“I am glad I saved and closed the program, I think the new Anton needs to learn a bit of a lesson of respect… After paying the pizza, that is,” she muttered as she arrived to her room and began to look around, seek it through its smell before sniffling.

“Oh my god, he put his armpit around me. Ugh, too much sweat. I can’t smell anything other than that,” Cassy grimaced as she rubbed her nose, trying to get the scent of his wet fur and musk out of her olfactory memory. “I need to get this done,” she said, sighing as she knelt under the bed, her ears perked as she looked over at her nightstand.

“There it is,” she wiggled her nose as the black of her nose dissolved lightly, altering in form into a shorter and rounder muzzle. “Oh there you are!” she said as she reached over to grab it as the caramel color of his fur started to darken while the black fur of his body started to lighten up to match him.

Smiling she made her way out the room. With each step she took, she lost a centimeter of height and at the same time finding herself much more nimble and energetic than before.  Her steps became lighter as her fur began to primp up, growing longer as opposed to the short velvet of the dog she was not long ago. Her tank top slowly puffed out, shifting into a pink color, changing pattern and soon displaying an acorn on her chest.

The doorbell rang again “Just wait a moment!” She yelled with a new voice, this one far squeakier and soft pitched than before, she said trying to growl and instead squeaking as she made her way over to the door, now no longer measuring above a meter and a half as she got over to open the door. “Geez, Anton didn’t even care enough to answer it.”

Outside stood the pizza delivery boy standing underneath the porch clad in a waterproof jacket holding up the protective bag for the pizza. “Good afternoon, or should I say evening miss. Here’s your pizza,” he looked down at the little furry woman with no surprise as he produced the receipt from his jacket. And read it. “I have two meat lovers pizza there, is that about right?”

Cassy licked her lips as her sharp canines shrank down, slowly shifting into more omnivore teeth, rounding themselves without ending up as flat and herbivore. Her canines lost their sharpness while her front teeth became more prominent. “Yes, that would be about right,” she agreed as she produced the money to pay the man.

“Thanks,” the delivery man agreed as he pocketed the money and handed over the change whilst Cassy made her best to hold the two pizzas in her arms as her once thin and whippy tail began to grow longer and longer, with the fur on it starting fluff up and swell, curling itself up in the form of a question mark over her back as it became more flexible. Soon, it was just as tall as she was and as soft as it could be.

Once, Cassy received her change and bid farewell to the deliveryman, the squirrel girl made her way over to the couch, grimacing lightly at the scent of the pizza. “I know Anton asked for a meat lover, but why didn’t I ask for one that had some pecans and nuts?” she muttered to herself.

“Oh, there you are,” Anton smiled as Cassy approached the table, looking at her with a strange amusement, that had the squirrel girl frown lightly thinking he was making fun of her. Huffing, she used her tail to brush her magazine off the table and onto the rug as she put the pizza down and opening them.

“There. We. Go. Pizzas,” Cassy said as Anton grabbed a slice and began to eat  with a couple of bites.

“Thanks,” he mused as he took a couple of bites “I am starving after the busy day. Thanks for the pizza.”

“No problem,” Cassy said politely as she knelt on the right to carefully pick up a slice.

“I have to say, I am sorry I didn’t help you carry these in. The seemed to be quite a handful bother to you,” Anton noted her.

Cassy smiled as she heard that. “Well, he apologized, he can’t be that much of a je-“ here thought trailed off as she felt a big strong hand stroke and rub against her tail “What are you doing?” she gasped.

“Sorry,” Anton backed away “I just wanted to see how soft it was.”

“I- You, can’t… I won’t…” she stuttered for a moment before getting up and simply walking away with but a soft growl that came out as rather cute.

“Oh come, I said I was sorry, I won’t do it again,” Anton called out chuckling, yet it was apparent by the tone of his voice that he wasn’t sure how he had wronged her.

“Geez,  I can’t believe he touched my tail with her pizza grease covered hands,” she grumbled making her way out into the hallway and to the study. “Ugh I hate getting my fur oiled.”

“Let’s see what I can make out of you, Anton,” She huffed jumping and crouching on the seat of the computer as she loaded up the program and her file again. “There we go,” she said trying to teach a lesson.

“Realityflicker helps you… making people what they really are,” she read the pop up message that appeared whenever she loaded the program, and already found herself grinning at the ideas. “Let’s see how things change by making him the opposite.
This is my 200th deviation here. And i am glad i managed to get this one out and done. Specially since this story is a bit special to me. The story was originally concieved among the first, i think between writing the first gen park chapters and project Naomi and was put on hold, because a reason i don't remember, maybe work overload.

The story is simple, at first glance, a young man is helping a friend move into her uncle's place as her new bachelor's home. Upon entering the place, they each discover he left them some strange computer with a function they couldn't have expected.

As usual, any sort of comment is appreciated. While i do feel like its good, i do still sense its lacking. Anyway, at least i got this off my chest, maybe later i can work on other stuff.

I will try to work on my milestone deviations when im about 10 to 5 stories away.
